Project way
Brioche is a chain of premium French bakeries and pastry shops in Minsk where every day begins with fresh pastries and all-natural desserts. Established in 2015, Brioche was the first in the city to bring classic French recipes, high quality standards, and the atmosphere of small Parisian bistros to Minsk.
Project goals
- To create a new format of gastronomic experience—one that guests do not merely sample, but truly live.
- Enhance the emotional experience of each dish through VR and a scripted presentation.
- To showcase Brioche as a modern space where culinary art merges with art and technology.
Project description
We created an immersive art-dining experience where gastronomy, visuals, and VR immersion merge into a unified narrative. The format is structured around five courses, with each one accompanied by a short VR scene that enhances the experience of the food and drinks.
Project solution
- Development of a unified VR dinner scenario
- Creating VR scenes related to food presentations
- Synchronization of visual immersion with the gastronomic component of the program.
- Creating a holistic impression in which taste, atmosphere, and digital content complement each other.
Project results
The project offered guests a vivid immersive experience and set the event apart from ordinary dinners through a combination of flavors, pairings, and a VR narrative.
