Cookie Policy of OOO «Future Reality»
Chapter 1. General Provisions
1.1. This Cookie Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) has been developed in fulfilment of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 7 May 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection". Its application is one of the measures to protect the personal data of users of the website https://ftr.by (hereinafter — the Website), owned by OOO «Future Reality» (220004, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Central District, Pobediteley Ave., 7A, office 8) (hereinafter — the Operator).
1.2. The Policy explains to Website users how, for what purposes and on what legal basis their personal data (cookies) are collected, used or otherwise processed.
1.3. Terms and definitions used in this local legal act (hereinafter — the LLA):
- cookies
- a text file stored on the device (computer, mobile device) of a Website user when visiting the Website to reflect actions taken. This file allows the user not to re-enter or re-select the same settings on subsequent visits to the Website (for example, language selection, checking browser settings regarding acceptance or rejection of cookies).
- "Personal data" and "Data subject"
- are used in the meaning defined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 7 May 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection".
1.4. The Operator processes cookies for the following purposes:
- ensuring the security of Website users;
- ensuring the correct functioning of the Website;
- collecting analytical information about user interaction with the Website to improve the user experience.
Cookies are not used to identify a specific Website user.
Chapter 2. Categories of Processed Cookies
2.1. The following categories of cookies are processed on the website:

Chapter 3. Legal Basis for Cookie Processing
3.1. Essential cookies are used to ensure full and correct functioning of the website and are processed regardless of whether the user provides consent.
3.2. Target cookies are processed on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data. On the first visit to the website, the user is offered to give consent to the use of cookies or to refuse their use in a pop-up window.
3.3. The user may change cookie settings, including withdraw previously given consent to their processing, by clicking the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the website homepage.
Chapter 4. Cross-Border Transfer of Cookies
4.1. OOO «Future Reality» uses and carries out cross-border transfer of personal data to the following analytics services that process information using cookies in order to improve the Website and advertising campaigns:
- Google Analytics — Google Privacy Policy;
- Yandex.Metrica — Yandex Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics is used to provide statistical indicators of Website usage without identifying users.
OOO «Future Reality» also uses and carries out cross-border transfer of personal data in order to show the user advertising most relevant to their interests. The following contextual advertising and remarketing services process information using cookies:
- Google Ads — Google Privacy Policy;
- Yandex Direct — Yandex Privacy Policy;
- Facebook Pixel — Facebook Privacy Policy;
- Google Tag Manager — Google Privacy Policy.
4.2. In this regard, OOO «Future Reality» informs users of the risks arising from the lack of an adequate level of personal data protection in such foreign countries:
- absence (fragmentation) of personal data legislation;
- absence (limited) rights of data subjects, obligations of the operator to respond to data subject requests;
- absence of an authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights;
- absence (limited) liability measures for violations of data subjects' rights;
- risk of broad access to personal data by law enforcement agencies of various countries;
- risk of unlawful access to personal data and their unlawful use.
Chapter 5. Disabling Cookies in Browser Settings
5.1. Most browsers are initially configured to accept cookies. The user can delete previously saved cookies by selecting the appropriate option in the browser history. In addition, some browsers allow visiting websites in "incognito" mode to limit the amount of information stored on the computer and automatically delete certain types of cookies.
5.2. The user can also disable the use of cookies by changing browser settings. More details on cookie management parameters can be found on the official websites of browsers:

Chapter 6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Policy enters into force from the date of approval by the Director of the Operator.
6.2. The current version of this Policy is published in open access on the Website.
6.3. The Operator has the right to unilaterally make changes and additions to the Policy at any time.
6.4. A draft of the updated Policy for user review is published on the Website at least 10 business days before it enters into force.
6.5. Issues related to the processing of personal data not regulated by the Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
